When scheduling an appointment, please tell our receptionist if you have special requirements — for instance, if you prefer a particular doctor or have a condition requiring immediate attention. Also, provide your daytime phone number in case we need you to answer any routine questions that could help us process your chart and make your visit as efficient as possible. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you’re unable to keep a scheduled appointment. E-mail requests are addressed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Emergency Services
For life-threatening emergencies, you should always call 911. For emergent orthopaedic matters during our normal working hours (8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday), call 610.779.2663 and be sure to tell the receptionist you’re calling about an emergency. For help after hours, on weekends or holidays, call our office and our answering service will connect you with the doctor on call.
